Zwartbles (breed info & gallery)

The Zwartbles breed has many ideal traits including:

Ideal markings are as follows:
  • Easy lambing
  • Prolific and milky ewes
  • Excellent mothers
  • Fast growth rate
  • Naturally tame
  • A complete facial blaze;
  • A white tip to the tail;
  • Two to four white socks; and
  • Zwartbles sheep must not have docked tails!
